Terms and Conditions:

Each room can accommodate a maximum of two persons
Accommodation can be shared among individuals of the same gender, except for cases where the other person is your spouse.
If you've chosen Twin Sharing, please note that it's your responsibility to ensure your roommate's attendance. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being considered as Single Occupancy, and the full Single Occupancy payment (INR 3024/$37.00) will apply.
Complimentary breakfast is included for all guests.
Please note, when reserving this room you are agreeing to pay the full amount for the cost of the room on arrival to the Indian Institute of Technology in the form of local currency (Indian Rupees) or with an internationally accepted credit card. No other form of payment is accepted.
Cost of Single Occupancy in a room with two beds and en suite bathroom is 3024 Indian Rupees. Or $37.00 USD per night. Cost of Double Occupancy in a shared room with two beds and en suite shared bathroom is 1512 Indian Rupees or $18.50 USD per night per person.

Payment Terms:

Payment will be collected during your check-in at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Gandhinagar, India. Please ensure that you have the necessary payment arrangements in place. The room reservation can only be paid in local currency, Indian Rupees, or an internationally accepted credit card.
